Operation
DESCA can provide support at different levels during this stage:
- Outsourcing: DESCA assumes total responsibility for operating and maintaining the platform, based on a previously established Service Level.
- Co-outsourcing: DESCA assumes partial responsibility for operating and maintaining the platform, based on a previously established Service Level.
