The Design Stage involves the following four steps:
- Identification of objectives.
- Design of Solution + combination of products and services + technology transfer that will best meet our established objectives.
- Pinpointing and design of implementation strategies that will maximize customer benefits, based on our investigation data and design metrics.
- Detailed Work Plan drawn up - Assignment of responsibilities – Schedule.
