During this stage our main objective is to thoroughly understand our customer’s business and the impact that the communications infrastructure and/or the services they wish to implement will have on their productivity and cost structure. Clients’ requirements and expectations are analyzed, as well as the metrics that must be taken into account for measuring the success of the project. Existing technology infrastructure is also examined in order to determine its use and evolution within the planning framework.
